List of Subprocessors

Last Modified: June 2, 2026

Hex utilizes the following subprocessors in the delivery of the Hex Service.

Depending upon a Customer's account type: single tenancy vs. multi-tenant; HIPAA/PCI compliance; and geographic hosting location, not all Subprocessors will be needed to deliver the Services.

Any Subprocessor with a Data Residency listed as "Deployment Region" means the general geographic region of the hosted environment (generally, either the European Union or United States of America as selected by Customer) and no Customer Data leaves the stack’s region (e.g., Customer Data from the multi-tenant European Union stack sent to Datadog stays within the European Union).
